Partnership opportunities are available.Duties And ResponsibilitiesThe duties of the Associate Attorney are to represent clients in legal matters either independently or under the supervision of one or more shareholders or a senior associate, including:Provides effective legal consultation, services and advice to clients.Represents clients in state and federal court and agency litigation/proceedings, at a level consistent with his or her level of experience.Prepares all legal documents necessary for the effective representation of clients.
