This is a newly created position to the expanding audit/accounting team with unlimited growth potential!This individual will be participating in compilations, reviews, accounting as well as tax advisory functions to help these organizations get up to speed with their reviews, compilations, budgets, forecasts, FP&A, etc. There will be special projects including helping these businesses acquire other companies, get setup up and ready for the sale of business, setup bank relationships, advise with wealth management, etc. This is an exciting opportunity to get out of traditional audit or assurance as well as get away from straight tax and be more of a hands-on business advisor to business owners and be with a exponentially growing organization, this role is for you!Responsibilities:Perform audit, compilations, reviews, offer accounting services, etc. Perform tax advisory, tax returns and tax strategyWork with all levels of employees and be a cross functional liaison with different departmentsWork on a variety of small to mid-sized business client engagements across multiple industries and perform various roles to expand and build your careerAct as a Accounting and Finance strategic partner by sharing your knowledge and expertise with executives and leadershipBe a part of critical strategic initiatives to drive process improvements and efficiencySpecial Projects as neededQualifications:Bachelor's degree is required3+ years of prior accounting, audit, assurance or tax experience.
