If you are a motivated professional looking for a long-term fit where you can grow in a role, and will be valued and empowered, then we invite you to apply to our Insurance Coverage/Insurance Litigation Attorney position in our Las Vegas Office.This position offers a flexible, hybrid working arrangement.The PositionThis is an excellent opportunity for lawyers with experience handling insurance coverage/coverage litigation matters to work with a collaborative group of experienced coverage/coverage litigation attorneys who handle cases in Nevada and throughout the U.S., working with domestic and foreign insurers.Key ResponsibilitiesWork closely with other attorneys and Partners on insurance coverage/coverage litigation mattersInvestigate claims and draft coverage opinion lettersIn coverage litigation matters, draft pleadings, motions, and handle discoveryProvide clients with insurance coverage advice on a variety of subjectsCommunicate with clients and draft reports to clientsQualificationsJD from an accredited law schoolAdmitted to practice in the State of Nevada5+ years coverage/coverage litigation experienceExperience in areas of insurance coverage including drafting coverage opinions in one or more insurance lines (CGL, property, professional liability, cyber, intellectual property, etc.)Experience in either or both third-party and first-party claimsCoverage analysis and writing experienceSuperior analytical skillsExcellent written and oral communication skillsWhy Should You Apply?
