You will be part of a team that genuinely cares about helping you succeed, and you will work alongside talented colleagues while making a difference in our communities.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:The essential duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:Develop and enhance relationships within locationsFollow the planogram assigned to you by your Team LeadCheck freshness of products within case and backroomsRotate product and determine best placement on the shelfBuild displays where applicableHelp customers locate product and/or respond to customer questions/concernsSKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:Enthusiastic and self-motivatedTime management skills, including punctualityExcellent communication, including presentation skillsFlexible and willing to adapt to changes in marketAble to provide excellent customer serviceTakes direction from the team leader and able to work well with minimal supervisionReliable vehicle to travel to your daily assigned storeUnderstanding of Retail Grocery, product placement, and store executionAttention to detail while working in a very fast-paced environmentTeamwork, professionalism, and open to change as business demands requirePHYSICAL DEMAND AND WORK CONDITIONS:The physical demands and work conditions below represent those that must be met to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.Physical labor throughout the course of the workdayRequired to lift, push, pull, and/or carry-up to 50 lbs.Tasks involve stooping, walking, and bendingThis position will work in various stores.
