Our focus is small group under 50 lives. This is NOT an employee benefits administrator role such as one might find as part of a Human Resources team. The ideal candidate has some understanding of the group renewal cycle and how to support a producer with admin tasks. Experience with medical practice clients will be a plus.Licensed - Current license required.Quick learner - We are looking for someone who can pick up new things rapidly. A quick starter who can integrate new knowledge will be set up for success.Computer literate - Ready to use and learn technology, as we work in a variety of portals and software programs. The candidate chosen would build benefit enrollment materials for employees which are created in excel and PowerPointMulti-tasking - Ability to successfully manage different projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
