This position performs the functions of a Table GamesSupervisor / Boxperson on an assigned shift. A Dual Rate Table Games Supervisor / Dealer may be designated to act as a Table Games Supervisoror Boxperson who will assist in the responsibilities of the day to day activities of the table games operations and also maintain the visual presenceof the gaming table to ensure gaming protection.Job DutiesThe Dual Rate Table Games Supervisor/Dealer may be designated to act as a Table Games Supervisor who will assist with the daily activities foran assigned Table Games area which may include assuring accurate ratings or settling disputes that may arise at the gaming table between acustomer and dealer. This position is also responsible for maintaining visual presence on the gaming table to ensure gaming protection. Monitorsbets, payouts and makes corrections as needed while maintaining game security. Maintains customer satisfaction by resolving complaints orconcerns. Opens and closes table games as assigned. Tracks and records player buy-ins, wins, losses and bet amounts. Ensures compliance with allregulatory controls and the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board. Performs the duties of a Dealer when assigned. This dual rate position may dualrate a maximum of three times per shift during grave shift only. For example this position may start a shift as a dealer, dual rate up to supervisorthen back again to dealer. Similarly, they may start a shift as a supervisor, dual rate down to dealer then back up again to supervisor. In eitherexample, when working up or down, the position may not be assigned to the same section of a pit to which they previously had responsibility.During all other shifts, the positon may only dual rate one time per shift.QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent. Must be certified to deal at least two table games with a required minimum of two years dealing experience.Able to work all shifts. Ability to work in a smoke filled environment. Must have knowledge of arithmetic calculations. Must have thoroughknowledge of approved Responsible Gaming Program.
