We're seeking an experienced and business-savvy Tax Firm Manager to drive growth through building alliance partnerships development, marketing of services, building and refining operations, continuing to recruit and build the team, and ensure excellence in everything we do.. The ideal candidate will have expertise in personal and business tax compliance, leadership skills for hiring and growth, and a strategic mindset for guiding the company's future direction.Key Responsibilities:Provide effective, well informed tax consulting and planningEnsure comprehensive tax compliance and best practicesBusiness development through relationship building with key referral sourcesEnsure a proactive high-touch alliance partner and client relationship approach throughout the firmOversees the recruiting, hiring and onboarding of team membersActively participates in the development, documentation and maintenance of operational and organizational systemsManages revenue and expenses for maximizing long-term success and company profitabilityIdeal Candidate:CPA, EA, or equivalent qualification with at least 9 years of relevant tax experience.Detail-oriented and entrepreneurially minded business personExperienced in personal and business tax complianceStrong team leader and people developerStrategic thinker with growth mindsetCompensation:Competitive package base package commensurate with experience.Performance incentives for revenue growth and profitabilityPotential path for partial ownership for outstanding performance and results
