***Must have a Commercial Electrical, Sales and Estimating Background******Position is onsite in Pacific Washington***Comp 150k-175k + bonusThe ideal candidate will have experience in managing a project from start to finish. This candidate will be able to create a plan of action which will consider a fixed timeline and evaluate risks. This individual should also have experience managing people and be an effective communicator.ResponsibilitiesDirect and oversee the completion of projectsDevelop a plan of action including schedule, resources and work planAssess risks and establish contingency plansEstimating and project managingWill have 5 direct reports - all PMs Manage work and inputs from variety of stakeholdersQualificationsBachelor's degreeSales 5+ years of experience in project management or relevant fieldsDemonstrated ability to deliver a completed projectStrong communication skillsExperience working with a team
