We are looking to add a Litigation Attorney to our team!ResponsibilitiesRepresent clients in a variety of litigation matters, including personal injury, commercial disputes, and other civil cases.Prepare legal pleadings, motions, and discovery documents.Conduct legal research and case analysis to build strong arguments for trials.Manage cases through all phases of litigation, including pre-trial, trial, and post-trial motions.Participate in depositions, hearings, and settlement conferences.Develop and execute legal strategies to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.Provide clients with regular case updates and maintain strong communication throughout the process.Work collaboratively with other attorneys, legal assistants, and support staff to ensure effective case management.Requirements4+ years of civil litigation experienceBar Admission in NYJD from an accredited Law SchoolTrial experience preferred but not requiredStrong writing and analytical skillsBenefitsWe offer generous compensation package including competitive salary, paid time off, medical, dental, life and disability insurance coverages and 401(k) planEmail Your Resume In Word ToLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
