Project Manager - Civil ConstructionPosition OverviewWe are seeking Construction Project Manager with 5+ years heavy civil experience to oversee construction projects from inception to completion.The ideal candidate will have extensive heavy civil experience in site work, excavation, demolition, etc.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, budgets, and schedules.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status and performance.Required Qualifications5+ years heavy civil project management experiencePreferred QualificationsBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.BenefitsLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
