We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Tax Accountant to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to an expanding firm while working on complex, high-profile clients.Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Tax Accountant with extensive experience in trust/estate tax preparation (Form 1041), individual tax returns, partnerships, S-corporations, and C-corporations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in preparing and reviewing complex tax returns, providing strategic tax planning, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local tax laws.Key ResponsibilitiesReview complex individual (1040), trust/estate (1041), partnership (1065), S-corporation (1120S), and C-corporation (1120) tax returns.Provide tax planning and advisory services to clients, particularly in the areas of trusts, estates, partnerships, and high-net-worth individuals.Analyze clients' financial situations to identify tax-saving opportunities and areas for improvement.Review and interpret tax regulations, and provide guidance on tax implications for various structures.Communicate with clients to gather necessary tax documents and provide updates on filing status.Assist with the preparation of estate and gift tax filings, including preparation of Form 706, 709, and related documents.Stay current with tax law changes and proactively adjust strategies to benefit clients.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
