Construction Defect Litigation Attorney: Dallas

We are working with a well-established Texas law firm seeking an Associate Attorney with five to seven (5-7) years litigation experience, including substantial construction defect litigation experience, to join its Dallas office. Insurance defense and personal injury defense experience are also important; and trial experience is always a plus. Salary is $115,000-$135,000 (depending upon experience). The firm is emphatic about a good work/life balance. Bonuses are based upon good faith hours"”counted as billables"”and an annual review. The firm offers paid parking and Dart passes; hybrid work after (60) sixty days (3 days in-office/2 days remote); 30k life insurance, medical/dental/vision benefits, and long-term disability (all after thirty (30) days with the firm).
