Position: Shift SupervisorClassification: Non-ExemptReports to: General ManagerDepartment: Dining DivisionSummaryJoin Paradies Lagardí¨re's Dining Division, where we create exceptional dining experiences. As a Shift Supervisor, you'll ensure guest satisfaction by training employees and maintaining company standards. Your role includes food preparation, inventory management, leading shifts, and creating a welcoming atmosphere.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and develop team members, ensuring guest satisfaction.Uphold food, service, and cleanliness standards.Manage daily operations: food prep, inventory, and safety.Support training programs and enhance staff morale.Handle cash-out procedures and POS training.Ensure the safety and security of guests and staff.Open and close the restaurant as needed.QualificationsExperience in hotel/restaurant supervision preferred.Proficient in food prep, purchasing, sanitation, and other restaurant functions.ServSafe Food Manager's Certification or equivalent.Strong communication and leadership skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Flexible to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.Join us and create first-class dining experiences for travelers!
