This position offers remote work flexibility to support a strong work-life balance while allowing you to advance your career in public accounting.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage audit engagements for clients across a range of industries, including Non-Profit, Healthcare, Retail, and Manufacturing.Conduct audits, reviews, and compilations, ensuring adherence to GAAP and firm standards.Supervise, train, and mentor staff accountants, providing guidance on technical and engagement-related issues.Identify areas for process improvement and recommend solutions to clients.Collaborate with management on review of work papers and client deliverables.Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.QualificationsCPA designation or actively pursuing CPA certification.3-5+ years of public accounting experience with a focus on audits.Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Strong technical knowledge of GAAP and audit procedures.Experience with audit software (e.g., CaseWare) is preferred.Excellent communication and leadership skills.Preferred QualificationsIndustry experience in Non-Profit, Healthcare, Retail, or Manufacturing.Familiarity with cloud-based audit tools and technology.What We OfferCompetitive Compensation: $80k-$120k DOE, with bonus potential.Remote Flexibility: Supports work-life balance with options for remote work.Comprehensive Benefits: Medical (50% covered by employer), Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance.Retirement and PTO: 3% 401(k) match and Unlimited PTO.Career Development: Access to professional development and a Partner track for top performers.If you're ready to take the next step in your audit career and join a fast-growing firm that values collaboration and career advancement, we encourage you to apply!BenefitsLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
