Founded in 1996, we are a leading architectural materials company with award winning projects offering residential and commercial architectural stone products offering knowledge, experience, and technology to provide superior aesthetics along with consistent quality and color matching.We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our masonry sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the construction industry including familiarity with cast stone, architectural precast, Glass Fiber Reinforced Concrete (GFRC), and Glass Fiber Reinforced Gypsum (GFRG). This role focuses on driving sales growth, developing client relationships, and overseeing project execution from start to finish while exuding excellent leadership skills with a proven track record in sales management.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets in the construction and masonry sectors.Lead and mentor the sales team to enhance performance and exceed sales goals.Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders in the construction industry.Collaborate with project management teams to ensure alignment between sales and project execution.Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.Prepare and present sales reports to senior management, providing insights on performance and strategy adjustments.Conduct regular training sessions for the sales team on product knowledge and sales techniques.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management within the construction or masonry industry.Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a sales team.Strong knowledge of construction processes and project management methodologies.Ability to interpret blueprints and technical specifications effectively.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.BenefitsCompetitive PayFull Time, Direct Hire Opportunity Medical, Dental, Vision, & Life InsuranceFlexible Spending AccountEmail Your Resume In Word ToLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
