The Leidos OSINT Training and Tradecraft SME will develop OSINT curriculum, course materials, and oversee the Leidos OSINT Programs OSINT training efforts to enhance DIA/OSIC's OSINT production on behalf of the Defense Intelligence Enterprise (DIE). The Leidos OSINT Program consists of four main tasks: collecting and reporting, technical TCPED solutions/infrastructure, governance/training/tradecraft, and program management. As OSINT Training and Tradecraft SME, you will be providing OSINT training to the DIE and OSIC Collection and Reporting Team who operate out of Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling AFB, Bethesda, MD; Reston, VA; Patrick Space Force Base, FL; and coordinate/collaborate with OSINT SMEs throughout the DoD and IC. Join a team committed to a Mission!Responsibilities Include: Serves as a technical internet of things (IOT), internet of everything (IOE) and other datasetsIdentifies strengths and/or gaps in OSINT analytic tradecraft to expand use of strong processes and address weaknessesProvide SME support to the IDE on OSINT tools/techniques to enhance DIE OSINT collection capabilitiesServe as an expert on synthetic media and/or mis dis information in PAI/CAIWrite technical reports and standard operating procedures to enhance the OSINT community's technical capabilitiesAdvise and support the Defense Open-Source Council and subcommitteesConduct technical assessment of existing and emerging technologiesSupport stakeholder training requirementsAssist the Leidos PMO as needed, focused on identifying and supporting internal and external dependenciesClearance Required:Active TS clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI with Polygraph.Required Experience, Skills, and Education:Bachelor's degree with 12+ years' experience in OSINT or 10+ years of experience with master's degreeExtensive experience with managed attribution technologiesExtensive experience with Internet Protocol, Networking, Bluetooth, and WIFIManagement of teams accomplishing technically challenging workDemonstrated ability to participate in cross-functional planning, coordination, and task executionPreferred Experience, Skills, and Education:PMP or equivalent certificationExperience with DIA Open-Source Intelligence Reports (OSIR)Experience with the collection or analysis of open-source data on real world problemsExperience with both quantitative and qualitative analysis of communicationsExperience using methodologies or models to identify trends, patterns, relationships, and/or anomalies within large datasetsExperience with data normalizationAbility to work inclusively with people from many different disciplines and cultures with varying degrees of technical experienceExperience with working in a dynamically evolving environment as a member of a diverse, collaborative and often dispersed teamExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to multi-task, work, and establish positive customer relationships in a dynamic, fast-paced environmentOriginal Posting Date:2024-12-27While subject to change based on business needs, Leidos reasonably anticipates that this job requisition will remain open for at least 3 days with an anticipated close date of no earlier than 3 days after the original posting date as listed above.Pay Range:Pay Range $112,450.00 - $203,275.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
