The company also has a variety of voluntary benefits for employees to choose from.CompensationSalary $140,000 - $157,500 DOEResponsibilitiesResponsible for safety, environmental matters, cost control, production and maintenance for assigned aggregate operationsResponsible for mine planning and mining processCreate, develop, manage and present production metricsDocument production statistics and produce reports as requiredSupervise production operations; manage team Lead, manage, and develop other managers, Facility managers, QC managers, Transportation managers etc.Responsible for maintaining all plant equipmentCommunicate and participate with local community as requiredParticipate in the capital and operating budget processesMaintain working relationships with all departments to ensure work objectives can be metDevelop plans to work towards improved performance and lower operating costsParticipate on the safety committee EducationBachelor's degree in Engineering preferredRequirements/QualificationsMinimum of 5 years of experience running an aggregate siteStrong communication and interpersonal skillsKnowledge of surveyingProject management experienceCommitment to safetyStrong computer skills - presentations and reportingProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Preferred:Working knowledge of SAPExperience with waterborne transportation an asset Conditions of EmploymentSuccessful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
