JOB TITLE: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is a member of the Divine Steps Therapy management team and is responsible for clinical oversight of behavioral services for individuals with a diagnosis of autism spectrum disorder. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsibilities and Duties Administers, conducts, evaluates and supervises the implementation of the treatment plan. Develops individualized goals and objectives for in-home programs and designs treatment plans based on functional assessment data. Ongoing program oversight and weekly on-site/remote supervision of RBTs. Completes all necessary documentation. Provide quality parent training on a monthly basis Ensure billing, notes, and reports are conducted in a timely manner Qualifications and Skills A Master's degree BCBA Certification and Licensed by the Board of Medicine in the State of MD Demonstrate a thorough understanding of DTT, NET, and other ABA strategies.
