Please only apply if this works for you!**Position Summary:This role prepares food and serves facility meals while maintaining high standards of safety and sanitation.Responsibilities:Prepares and serves meals.Maintains kitchen area and equipment in a clean and organized manner following kitchen cleaning schedule and standards set by the Health Department.Records temperatures on kitchen appliances.Maintains food temperature record log.Assures that all pertinent paperwork is completed per department protocol. Washes and stores all dishes, silverware, glassware, pots, pans and utensils properly. Uses and cleans dishwasher properly. Maintains order lists for items that may be needed for next food delivery. Receive and stock incoming supplies.Education, Skills, & Experience Requirements:High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) preferred Two years food production experience preferred Food Handler's Card or Serve Safe Certification required after 30 days of hire if offered a position.Previous work in restaurant, or other dining experience preferredAbility to provide excellent service to internal and external customers.We are a Drug Free Company.
