** This role is not open for submission from outside staffing agencies** Aluminum Fabricator Lead (Hourly)   What Brought You Here Compensation pay range: $25 to $30 per hour depending on experience Relocation Available Quarterly safety bonus opportunities Shift Days and Hours: Monday-Friday 7 am to 3:30 pm Overtime as needed Benefits starting DAY ONE    Who You Are: Leader Results driven Safety First Mindset Team Player   What You Will Be Doing: Commercial ALUMINUM door and frame fabrication and assembly Attaching hardware (stock and custom) per application. ALUMINUM Fixed Frame Fabrication Custom Door Hardware application Cutting, Drilling, Milling, and other process as needed/required. Keeps work area in a neat, safe, clean, hazard free condition. Cleans work area, tools, and equipment at the end of each day. Inspects products for any abnormalities and notifies supervisor immediately of any issues. Must be willing to be cross-trained and move to other areas when needed. Ability to safely perform tasks. Adherence to all safety policies and procedures are essential functions of the job. Follow all company rules and policies. A history of great work attendance.  Skills You Bring: 5 years aluminum door fabricating experience. Custom Door Hardware application experience. Prior lead or supervisor experience. Ability to read a tape measure. Proficiency in operating machinery. Knowledge of operating CNC machines highly preferred. Proficiency in MS Office Suites.
