Role Overview: Sodexo is looking for an Executive Chef 3 for busy account located in New York, NY The Executive Chef 3 will report to the Client Executive and provide culinary leadership through menu planning and program execution while maintaining kitchen operations, driving patient satisfaction through patient feeding and ensuring food safety. The ideal candidate will have prior union management experience working in a large high-volume hospitality unit. This position will be responsible for inventory management/food purchasing, ability to control food and labor costs, strong leadership skills, excellent client and customer interaction skills and the ability to work a flexible schedule.
