Senior Product Manager (On site) Cognizant's Digital Engineering We are seeking an experienced Product Manager with 11 to 15 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Portfolio & Project Management (PPM) and NSP - Product Management with proven expertise in Products Management. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of both remote and in-office work with no travel required. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving product strategy and execution to achieve business goals. Location: Philadelphia - PA (On Site) **Cognizant will only consider applicants for this position who are legally authorized to work in the United States** Responsibilities: Lead the development and execution of product strategies to meet business objectives. Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch ensuring alignment with company goals. Provide guidance and direction to cross-functional teams to ensure successful product delivery. Collaborate with stakeholders to define product vision roadmap and growth opportunities. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities. Develop and maintain detailed product requirements and specifications. Manage product portfolios ensuring optimal resource allocation and prioritization. Utilize Portfolio & Project Management (PPM) tools to track progress and performance. Drive NSP Product Management initiatives to enhance product offerings and customer satisfaction. Monitor and analyze product performance metrics to inform decision-making. Facilitate communication and collaboration between engineering marketing sales and support teams. Ensure products meet quality standards and regulatory requirements. Continuously seek opportunities for product improvement and innovation. Become an expert on cable and the intricacies of plant data Contribute to developing our product strategy for plant data reporting identify new opportunities and create a shared vision throughout the organization. Own the overall product roadmap. Discuss product features with engineering leadership to align on goals and solutions. Work with multiple development teams following agile practices. In the long term establish a talent pipeline of product managers who are passionate about creating useful products. Qualifications: Possess a minimum of 11 years of experience in product management. Demonstrate expertise in Portfolio & Project Management (PPM) and NSP Product Management. Have a strong background in Products Management. Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration skills. Show proficiency in using PPM tools and methodologies. Display strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Hold a relevant certification in product management or a related field. The annual salary for this position is between $102K - $150K depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
