Overview: This position will be full time in the office Monday - Friday 6am -2:30pm AZ time. This Operations Specialist I position supports Enterprise Operations Community Association Banking onsite support. Candidate will support normal mail responsibilities including incoming and outgoing mailings, mail tracking, courier interaction, and research. This position also supports CAB Operations with customer payment processing and deposit, cash handling, and transportation tracking. In addition, this role also supports Enterprise Operations and CAB remote workers through tracking requests, critical document printing, and customer supply management. Responsibilities: Service - Answers inbound communications to service accounts, fulfill requests, or address issues. Determines target needs and provides resolution while maintaining a high standard of service.Incoming and outgoing USPS, FEDEX, and courier mailingsProfessional Communications through ServiceNow, Teams, emailOperational Support - Performs various operational tasks that occur during customer, vendor, and associate inquiries. Streamlines the workflow for other associates within the business unit through operational activities.Use of deposit and mailroom equipment such as: check scanners, postage meter machine, check printing equipment, tracking label printers and systems, and envelope loader.Handling of direct customer payments and depositsCash handling and processingAbility to perform repetitive detailed tasksDocumentation - Handles standard documentation associated with daily activities, which may include processing, reviewing, or distributing materials. Maintains and updates department records either physically or within a system.Business Proficiency - Provides knowledge in area of work. Reviews and maintains knowledge of any laws, regulations, and policies that affect specific job duties to produce work that is accurate, efficient, and compliant. Utilizes product, system, or process familiarity to resolve problems and handle customer requests.Complete customer requests for supplies or information in a timely mannerWork both independently and as part of a team Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED and 1 years of experience in Clerical or administrative Check processing, Mailroom or branch experience is preferredComfortable with Microsoft Office, web-based applications, and general computer skillsMust be able to lift 25lbs and stand for portions of work shift First Citizens benefits programs are designed to meet our associates where they are in life.
