Prepare and manage documentation for property acquisitions, sales, financing, and leasing transactions. Assist with the due diligence process, including reviewing zoning regulations and municipal records. Draft correspondence, contracts, and closing documents with accuracy and attention to detail. Oversee transaction timelines, coordinate schedules, and ensure all deadlines are met. Serve as a liaison between clients, lenders, and other parties, maintaining clear communication throughout the process. Maintain well-organized transaction records and legal files.  What You Bring  Education: Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certification required. Experience: Minimum of 5 years in commercial real estate law, with expertise in title and survey reviews, as well as transactional work. Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. Exceptional organizational and time management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
