Job Title: 3rd Shift Production Operator Client: Aerospace and Energy Industries Duration: 4 Months Location: Phoenix, AZ, 85043 Working Shift: 3rd Shift: Sunday through Thursday, 10:30 PM to 7 AM Pay Rate : USD 18.00 /hr - USD 20.00 /hr Qualifications: Shift Requirement: 3rd Shift, Sunday through Thursday, 10:30 PM to 7 AM Ability to support production areas, including grit blast, grinding, belt sanding, chisel, tact weld, braze, cleaning, and other tasks as needed Self-motivated with a high level of ownership and accountability Lean skills for continuous process improvement Strong team-building skills Fluent in English (speaking, reading, writing) High school diploma or equivalent Must pass various tests, including annual exams Meet performance standards within the first six months Intermediate computer skills Responsibilities: Use proper PPE and safety equipment at all times Follow and understand written instructions Document operations on travelers and log sheets Maintain production time standards Utilize precision measuring tools effectively Produce parts meeting certification and quality standards Cross-train other employees as needed Uphold 5-S principles for department housekeeping Ensure regular attendance and punctuality Comply with company quality requirements Adhere to and promote the Corporate Code of Ethical Standards Communicate professionally with peers, leadership, and customers Perform other duties as assigned #ZR
