As a Sr. Sales Manager you will be responsible for following and enforcing the policies and procedures for the department.What will I be doing? Supports the Sr. Director of Sales in creating competitive, breakthrough strategies and plans. Develop Sales Managers, Sales Leaders (TO), and Sales Executives to obtain maximum production and efficiencies. Responsible for exceeding the set monthly volume production on the floor. Coordinates with Sales Managers to conduct coaching and reviews with select Sales Executives. Ensures that all new contracts are completed properly and processed according to current polices. To fulfill this role successfully, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience: High School Diploma Minimum 5 years of experience in timeshare sales. Shown ability to respond effectively and resolve customer problems. Demonstrated ability to hold self and employees accountable for their actions. Skilled in using appropriate interpersonal styles and techniques to reduce conflict between people. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Validated ability to change priorities and direction, and effectively lead a team through change. Skilled in developing relationships with a wide variety of people. Solid experience in providing guidance and feedback to help employees strengthen knowledge and skills. Proven track record to maintain focus, positivity and composure under pressure.
