Delivery Lead - Senior Manager - Level 6 (Zhana equivalent - full time for 6 months then 2 days/week)  Client & Project: We are seeking a new talent to join the Risk & Compliance team where you will have the opportunity to collaborate in the project 0011338542.  NY based person only.    Responsibilities: As a Risk and Compliance Representative:   - Program Management across a 10 person NY and India delivery team.  - Oversee work prioritization & capacity management,   - Operating model shift to move roles offshore  - Responsible for staff mentorship and morale  - Understand reporting on Outsourcing activities within Finance functions.  - Prepare documents for program governance  - Responsible for staffing and replacement staffing of team, and performance of knowledge transfer  - Responsible for ensuring client satisfaction overall
