We are excited to announce that we are looking for a Full-Time Regional Practice Administrator - New Jersey. Must be willing to travel within the assigned territory. The Regional Practice Administrator - New Jersey responsibilities are: Works collaboratively with all key stakeholders and departments to ensure timely and efficient onboarding and growth of acquired practices.Routinely reviews management reporting data to ensure operations are performing to budget and identifies ways to improve operational efficiency and workflow.Identify and Initiate processes improvements within the practice site with providers and staff. Work in tandem with practice administration to Identify operating costs and operational capital budget. Ensures schedules and uses staff appropriately across practice locations for optimal coverage whenever possible (vacations, sick, etc.) in tandem with practice administration.Look for ways to improve patient, provider, and staff engagement.Coach, develop and provide talent management for practice administrators and staff.Ensures clinical quality and compliance measures are implemented and ongoing for assigned practices, tracks deficiencies, and works collaboratively with key stakeholders to ensure processes are being met.The Operations Manager is responsible for five (5) or more practices within a defined territory.The Regional Practice Administrator - New Jersey must have the following qualifications and experience:5-7 years of experience in multi-site operations, preferably in healthcare.Effective working knowledge of healthcare financial management, medical practice accounting, third-party reimbursement issues, patient flow, and facilities management preferred.Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities on any given day.Passion for solving problems and driving action toward change.People management experience required.Must have practice administration experienceMust be willing to travel 4 to 5 days a week to multiple sitesEducation and Experience: A bachelor's Degree.
