Club Concessions Manager - Huntington Bank Field

Job DescriptionAramark is currently seeking a Club Concessions Manager to support the Huntington Bank Field, home of the Cleveland Browns! The Club Concessions Manager is responsible for overseeing premium/club-level concessions stand operations to support all events at the stadium.Job ResponsibilitiesHire, train, schedule, and manage staff to ensure that the concessions operation is fully staffed and that employees are trained in all aspects of the operationEnsure that all products and services are delivered in a timely and efficient manner and meet or exceed customer expectationsManage and maintain inventory levels, including ordering, receiving, and storage of all productsDeliver consistent quality in planning and carrying out eventsOversee day-to-day club-level concessions operations. Additionally assist the catering team on non-game days and as needed to oversee premium special eventsMaintain positive relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other external partnersDevelop and maintain effective client and customer rapportDevelop and implement strategies for maximizing revenue and profitability of the club concessions operationManage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and reportingDevelop and implement policies and procedures for the concessions operation, including sanitation, safety, and security measuresEnsure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies, including those related to food service and alcohol serviceAt Aramark, developing new skills and doing what it takes to get the job done make a positive impact for our employees and for our customers.
