Unit Description: Sodexo is seeking a Food Production Manager 2 for Holy Family Hospital located in Metheun, MA. In this role you will partner with the Executive Chef and supervise a team of 6 culinary professionals, and up to 30 food service hospital workers. The Manager will work daytime hours, but some weekends and holidays will be required. We are seeking someone who is comfortable being in a leadership role and motivating others, but also has the team mentality of jumping in to assist where needed! The successful candidate will: work with the Executive Chef and Operations Manager on action stations, catering, retail and patient servicespartner with the Patient Services Manager on improvements for the clinical sidetrain frontline staff and production teamoversee the Production team to ensure quality, portion control and temperatures of food for retail and patient services monitor HACCP logs and cleaning scheduleconduct food and safety auditsensure all Sodexo standards are met Is this opportunity right for you?
