The successful candidate will be responsible for leading post-investment engagement with key portfolio companies, focusing on ESG value creation and risk mitigation. This role involves building scalable ESG value-creation solutions, managing a network of ESG consultants and partners, and leading the research and delivery of thematic reports on ESG topics. The candidate will also be expected to support the Head of ESG IM and Director of ESG IM in advancing strategic priorities and to prepare and deliver updates on ESG activities and trends. Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree preferred, and at least 8 years of work experience, primarily in ESG portfolio engagement or value creation. A robust understanding of ESG opportunities and risks, particularly in critical sustainability themes, is essential. The role requires strong relationship-building skills, the ability to influence and inspire action, and a team player with a strong work ethic.
