Job Location: Purdy, MOJob Type: Full TimeShift(s) Available: 1st Compensation: $26.15/hr Benefits Information Medical, Dental, Vision, and Prescription Drug Insurance Health and Wellness Incentives Weekly attendance program Paid Vacation and Holidays 401(k) with Cargill matching contributions Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) Short-Term Disability and Life Insurance Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Tuition Reimbursement Employee Discounts Principal Accountabilities Perform repetitive tasks Learn maintenance and reliability practices to ensure all assets are maintained in safe condition while continuing to ensure the life of the equipment being used Complete preventative, predictive and reactive industrial maintenance throughout the facility under general guidance Have a basic understanding or are trained on operating standard maintenance tools such as power tools, basic hand tools, electric tools, precision maintenance tools and preventative maintenance technology tools Understand or learn at least one maintenance trade and components (i.e. electrical, welding, pipefitting, fabrication, gearbox and bearing maintenance, lubrication, pumps and piping systems, mechanical maintenance and hydraulic and pneumatic systems) Modify by reading step by step instructions in either electrical or mechanical schematics, blueprints and operation manuals Document completed work and the conditions found utilizing maintenance computer software and interact regularly with peers and management Operate forklifts and scissor lifts from designated locations with little variation Other duties as assigned Ensuring food safety and quality Cleanliness and housekeeping Required Qualifications Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship Must be 18 years or older Ability to read, write, and speak English Must be able to understand and use blueprints, schematics, and installation/operation manuals to install and repair equipment Previous maintenance experience Preferred Qualifications 3+ years previous maintenance experience Previous Cargill experience Work history in the past 12 months Ability to work with a variety of hand tool Considered candidates will receive a phone call from a (952) area code.
