The successful candidate will be instrumental in shaping the employee experience, with a focus on talent acquisition, development, and retention. This role requires a strategic leader who can drive initiatives to foster a positive, results-oriented, and inclusive workplace culture. Key responsibilities include overseeing recruitment, onboarding, and retention efforts, as well as leading the people integration process during M&A activities. The VP will also be responsible for HR strategy and operations, performance management, and change management, ensuring that the company's people strategies align with its growth objectives. Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years of experience in HR, People & Culture, or related fields, with a proven track record in an e-commerce or CPG company. Deep experience in managing people integrations, particularly in an omnichannel context, is essential. The role demands a leader with strong strategic thinking, excellent interpersonal skills, and expertise in driving diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
