The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a wide range of HR services, including recruitment, staffing, compensation, benefits, employee well-being, performance management, training, payroll, and labor relations. This role involves developing and implementing strategic HR policies, goals, and self-service capabilities, as well as creating a 3-5 year strategic HR plan. The AVP will also be tasked with assessing and improving HR functions, advising on HR strategies to meet organizational objectives, managing HR staff, and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. Applicants for the Associate Vice President of HR position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 4 years' professional HR experience, with a preference for a Master's degree and a minimum of 10 years' HR experience. The role requires excellent communication skills, proficiency in HRIS software (preferably Workday), and the ability to maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information.
