The successful candidate will be responsible for leading capital raises, including Limited Partnership Offerings and Initial Public Offerings, and must have an extensive background in this area. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, with an MBA being preferred. Experience in the specialty chemicals, battery materials, or engineered materials sectors is also a plus. The role demands excellent networking, communication, and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to build and maintain relationships with investors, financial institutions, and other stakeholders.
