The successful candidate will be responsible for leading all strategic and operational aspects of the community, including people experience, business development, customer service, and fiscal and clinical management.Essential duties for the Executive Director include financial management, maintaining regulatory compliance, and being the primary contact with governmental agencies. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of dementia and Alzheimer's, demonstrated leadership and communication skills, and the ability to handle sensitive situations with confidence This role demands a dedicated individual with an Administrator license (if required by State regulations), a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, and a proven track record in the industry. The Executive Director will oversee department managers, ensure financial management, and maintain a thriving environment for residents by planning and evaluating activities and services. They must be adept at problem-solving, conflict management, and be flexible in the face of operational changes. The role also involves staff management, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation, and requires an individual with an exceptional ability to form relationships with staff, residents, and their families.
