This senior leadership role is pivotal in driving short and long-term strategic goals through a holistic approach that emphasizes customer focus and operational efficiency. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading continuous improvement efforts across a significant revenue business with multiple global manufacturing sites. Key responsibilities include supporting the organization in achieving its objectives, leading policy deployment, and coaching and mentoring teams on continuous improvement methods. The role demands a leader who can drive a culture of continuous improvement, achieve year-over-year performance enhancement, and ensure effective problem-solving skills are embedded across the organization. Applicants for the VP of Continuous Improvement role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree, ideally in engineering, with an advanced degree preferred. A minimum of 8-10 years of relevant work experience in continuous improvement, operations, and general management is required, with a strong background in multi-site management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in applying various continuous improvement tools and facilitating events that lead to measurable enhancements. Critical thinking, leadership, and the ability to develop and mentor cross-functional teams are essential.
