The successful candidate will be a key strategic partner to the CFO and the executive leadership team, leading the development of long-term financial strategies, and providing dedicated support to the SVP of the Probes business unit. This role is pivotal in executing financial forecasting, budgeting, and analysis processes, with a strong emphasis on driving significant improvements and ensuring data-driven decision-making. The VP of FP&A will also be responsible for capital management, process improvement, and operational efficiency, and will play an integral role in long-term strategic planning, including M&A activities. Candidates for the VP of FP&A position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field, with an MBA or CPA preferred. A minimum of 15 years' experience in financial analysis, planning, and corporate finance, particularly within the semiconductor or high-tech industries, is required. The role demands deep expertise in GAAP accounting, financial modeling, and corporate finance principles, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Suite products and financial systems. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and implementing financial process improvements, exceptional communication and presentation skills, and strong leadership abilities.
