Applicants must have a Master's degree in business, health administration, or a related healthcare field, with a minimum of 10 years' experience in a hospital setting, and at least 7 years of leadership and management experience. The ideal candidate will have a background in a multi-hospital system or integrated delivery system. The role requires a leader who can effectively manage and develop staff, assure high-quality care, and maintain a strong physician referral base. The candidate should be adept at supporting board governance and ensuring compliance with various healthcare regulations.
