This includes identifying, influencing, and funding high-quality educational institutions to ensure the opening of new schools in the community. The role involves leading efforts to measure impact, tell the organization's story, and engage with champions of the mission. The Managing Director of Growth will also be tasked with overseeing the cultivation and recruitment of new schools, managing the due diligence process for prospective operators, and ensuring strong partnerships with executive leadership across all portfolio schools and charter networks. Applicants for the Managing Director of Growth position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years relevant experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity, particularly in K-12 education strategy or consulting, and a preference for those with charter school experience.
