The COO will be responsible for managing and overseeing the activities of the operations functions, including the development and implementation of strategies that support manufacturing operations, process optimization, supply chain management, procurement, and manufacturing engineering. This executive will work closely with the Executive Leadership Team to translate strategic plans into operational actions, lead initiatives to optimize manufacturing processes, and ensure the highest quality standards are met. A key aspect of the role is to foster a culture of excellence and collaboration, with a strong emphasis on safety and continuous improvement. Candidates for the COO position at the company should have a Bachelor's and Master's degree in a relevant field, with a minimum of 10-15 years' experience in manufacturing environments, including at least 5 years in a COO role. Experience in a small to mid-size company and international multi-site manufacturing operations is essential.
