This pivotal role is focused on setting and executing the strategy for security services, delivery, community, and research teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the standard of quality of services, engaging with the security testing community, and working with product management and finance to ensure the offerings meet internal margin targets. The role also involves representing the company at industry events and requires a dynamic public speaker with excellent communication and presentation skills. Candidates for the Vice President position should have deep technical domain knowledge in offensive security, with at least 7 years' experience in delivering related services. Experience in managing and developing high-performing teams, as well as a proven track record in launching and growing cybersecurity products or services, is essential. The ideal candidate will have the ability to create business cases for investment decisions, work cross-functionally, and have experience with open-source software, threat detection, and test content generation. While not mandatory, experience in building a community of cybersecurity professionals, working with AI and ML tools, and leading internal security and IT teams is considered a plus.
