The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing the ecommerce and digital merchandising strategy, with a focus on driving digital sales growth and enhancing the online customer experience. This role is highly strategic, with a key emphasis on product and content storytelling to align with brand positioning. The VP will have digital P&L accountability and will be tasked with building and leading a team with expertise in UX/UI, digital merchandising, and digital product. Collaboration with the VP of Customer Strategy and Performance Marketing is essential to optimize customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty strategies. Applicants must have a minimum of 15 years' of retail eCommerce experience, including at least 5 years' in a leadership role, and a proven track record of P&L management. Experience in driving sales through third-party marketplaces, particularly Amazon, is a requirement. The role demands a leader who is adept at balancing e-commerce sales with strategic brand goals, and who can continuously assess and improve the online shopping experience. Strong technical acumen, experience in Agile methodology, and a background in Salesforce, Adobe, and Amplience are advantageous. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver, with a strong executive presence, and a passion for driving sales results in a fast-paced environment.
