The successful candidate will be tasked with providing strategic direction, developing and implementing business plans, and overseeing all aspects of the IVF division, including sales, market development, and relationship management at the C-suite level. This role requires a dynamic and experienced business leader with a strong track record in the healthcare industry, particularly in the IVF or women's health space. Key responsibilities include fostering a high-performance culture, leading a cross-functional team, and working to develop a compelling user experience and product roadmap for IVF. The role also involves identifying and developing new market opportunities, implementing market development programs, and managing external vendor relationships to ensure high-quality service delivery. Applicants for the VP and Head of IVF Services position at the company should hold a Bachelor's degree in science, business, or a related field, with an MBA or advanced degree preferred. A minimum of 10 years' of experience in the healthcare industry, with at least 5 years' in a leadership role within the IVF or women's health space, is required. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, exceptional relationship-building skills, and the ability to engage with C-suite executives. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are essential, as is the ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
