The successful candidate will be responsible for driving operational excellence through the simplification, standardization, automation, optimization, and security of global IT systems. This includes ERP, HRIS, manufacturing execution systems, digital control systems, industrial control systems, business warehouse and data analysis, and financial consolidation systems. The role involves leading a large team of IT professionals, managing global IT standards, and participating in the company's strategic IT/OT convergence program. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years' of experience in IT management, with a strong background in SAP ERP solutions, particularly S/4Hana, and a proven track record in business transformation initiatives. Applicants for the Global VP of IT Applications & Architecture position at the company must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree being a plus, and at least a decade of experience in IT management within the specified industries.
