The successful candidate will be responsible for enhancing the student, family, faculty, and alumni experience within the school community. This role is pivotal in the unification process of the school's two lower schools and two campuses, with a focus on integrating the best practices and traditions of the distinct faculties and divisions into a cohesive culture and program. The Assistant Head will be involved in developing and leading schoolwide projects that align with the school's mission and values, designing systems to ensure a consistent student experience across all grade levels, and engaging various stakeholders in the unification process. Collaboration with Division Heads, the Director of Enrollment Management, and the Development Office is essential to achieve these goals.
