Candidates for the CFO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree and CPA designation preferred. A minimum of 15 years progressive finance experience, including 3 years in a senior financial leadership role, is required. Experience in the manufacturing industry, particularly with multi-plant operations, and a background in a commodity-based business with strategic pricing responsibility, are essential. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, and be adept at managing multiple tasks and troubleshooting complex issues. Proficiency in financial software applications, including SAP and Microsoft Office Suite, is necessary, and experience with M&A transactions, commodity hedging programs, and interest rate swaps is a bonus.
