The role demands a candidate with excellent financial acumen, solid interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to build and lead a team. The ideal candidate will be a team player capable of coordinating efforts with sales, service, and office staff. The position is in the Midwest, and the candidate must be willing to relocate to a Midwestern state.
