The Head of ECM will also be expected to collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment with business objectives, stay abreast of market trends, and provide strategic insights to inform investment decisions. Applicants for the Head of ECM position at the company should hold a Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field, with an MBA or CFA being preferred. A minimum of 10 years' experience in equity capital markets, with a proven track record of setting up and leading ECM functions, is required.
