The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales enablement strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives. This includes collaborating with senior sales leadership to identify priorities, designing and implementing effective sales training programs, and managing a repository of sales enablement materials. The role also involves evaluating and managing sales enablement tools and technologies, developing metrics to measure the effectiveness of initiatives, and working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives. Applicants for the VP of Sales Enablement position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a sales enablement or related role. A proven track record in developing and implementing successful sales enablement strategies, particularly in the SaaS industry, is essential. The role requires excellent leadership, coaching, communication, and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to build relationships and guide stakeholders at all levels. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, with the proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and manage multiple priorities. A Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is required, with an MBA being preferred.
